We stand behind the quality of every AURATA product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to feel confident in your investment in your skin.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@aurataskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond with a return authorisation and further instructions.
  • Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Ship the package using the method provided by our support team.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The AURATA Micro-Infusion device must be returned in its original packaging. Devices may be gently used and still qualify for return.
  • Opened or used serum vials are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened, sealed serum vials in their original packaging may be returned.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different product variant or bundle. To request an exchange, contact us at support@aurataskin.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. If the exchange item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Subscription Cancellation

If you are on an AURATA subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your AURATA account and navigate to "My Subscriptions".
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation.
  • Alternatively, email support@aurataskin.com with your cancellation request.

Cancellations made before the next billing date will not be charged. If a shipment has already been dispatched, it is subject to our standard return policy above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurataskin.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
